Pre-orders

What are pre-orders?
Pre-orders make it easier to buy more than one item and significantly increase your chances of buying at all.

Patreons are usually able to buy 3-6 items in pre-orders, while non patreons only able to buy 1 in the regular restock, if any.

How do I place a pre-order?
Due to the high demand, pre-orders will only be available to patrons: Rainbow Snail and Delicious Fairy Snail tiers. If you are interested in becoming a patron click here.

When can I place a pre-order?
Pre-orders are available once a month, a week before the regular restock.

I will announce the opening of pre-orders on Patreon, and also contact all eligible patrons individually. So don't worry about missing the announcement!

How does it work?
All eligible patrons will receive a pre-order form in their email, asking which items they are interested in buying. If your pre-order is approved, I will send you a link to your listings. That easy!

How many items can I pre-order?
Between 2 and 5 items. Please only choose the items you want the most in the form! Saying you want all of them will not increase your chances, and I won't know which ones are your favorites.

Am I guaranteed to pre-order?
Becoming a patreon and filling the pre-order form is only a way to show interest. It does not guarantee you will be able to buy.

I try to make as many people happy as possible, but there's simply not enough items for everyone, sorry! The pre-order form basically works like a queue so everyone is guaranteed to get their pre-orders approved at some point but not every month.

How will I know if my pre-order was approved?
I will contact you through Patreon and also send you an email telling you if your pre-order was approved or not.

Important things to keep in mind:

• If a patreon doesn't fill the pre-order form within 48h of me sending it, they will not be eligible to pre-order.
• The Baby Snail tier ($5) does not give you the opportunity of placing pre-orders, but it still comes with a lot of benefits so check it out!
• There is the possibility of only some of the items you asked for getting approved. I will do my best to accommodate everyone's wishes, but pre-ordered items will usually overlap and there's only so many snails! In this case, I'll contact you to suggest substitutions or reducing your pre-order.
